I want to send one email to multiple people. Where do I find ‘Insert contacts in NEW yahoo mail? No CC or BCC just I simply want to send the same email to multiple recipients. I cannot figure out where and or how to get my contacts into my email.

Easiest way to insert addresses.

With Classic Mail:
>Click on Compose/New or Forward.
>Click directly on the word TO and your mailing list (address book) opens.
>Check each name (address) you want to send to and then click the "insert checked contacts" tab.

You said "New Mail" so the one below is probably what you’re looking for
With the All New Mail:
>Click on New or Forward.
>Click directly on TO—to open your mailing list.
>Click on one name (address), and THEN press and hold the "ctrl" key while clicking on the others
>Click OK.

I typed in “reverse email address lookup” in the yahoo search. This is what I came up with and I tried it first with my friends email address. The name of the co. & location of AOL came up, their IP address was shown, but I will confirm with my friend if this is her IP address. Then I was to click continue, and what I expected came up, I had to pay a fee for more information. If it is something you really want then I guess you have to pay a fee. Or keep searching for more sites, this was just one.
