There are lots of website that are not spam willing to give free useful information just by providing your Name and Email. What I would like to know is why do these people waste their time? Unless they are making money??? How?

Also most website do not have sponsors.
HOW do the Legitimate website make their money WITHOUT sending emails to spammers?

I work for a company that provides information for just a name and email for several valuable services. Using a follow up email system, if the user agrees to the terms of service, we can send regular email that is not spam.

We can send newsletters that inform users of new products or services and lots of them eventually buy.

Also, lots of free services have higher level accounts you can upgrade to. If the service is great, the company gives it away free without the bells and whistles.

If you have a good service or information to offer, you can use follow up marketing through a company called A Weber. Once the user signs up, it will manage the emails from customer sign ups and allow for follow up or broadcast messages that are not spam.

Companies that do then spam you, or sell their email address list to spammers should disclose this in their privacy policy. When you sign up for a legitimate free service where you provide only your name and email, there SHOULD be a posted privacy policy.

The privacy policy dictates exactly what can be done with your email. If it says in there they can’t sell it to spammers, they can’t or you can collect healthy damages under anti-spamming laws.

I want to send one email to multiple people. Where do I find ‘Insert contacts in NEW yahoo mail? No CC or BCC just I simply want to send the same email to multiple recipients. I cannot figure out where and or how to get my contacts into my email.

Easiest way to insert addresses.

With Classic Mail:
>Click on Compose/New or Forward.
>Click directly on the word TO and your mailing list (address book) opens.
>Check each name (address) you want to send to and then click the "insert checked contacts" tab.

You said "New Mail" so the one below is probably what you’re looking for
With the All New Mail:
>Click on New or Forward.
>Click directly on TO—to open your mailing list.
>Click on one name (address), and THEN press and hold the "ctrl" key while clicking on the others
>Click OK.

ok… to be understanding.. a friend of mine is teaching defensive driving classes.. he is overwhelmed with daily errands.. asked for my help to find email address by using people’s name.. he gets the list of people who got tickets for speeding from the city hall as such. now.. what i need is.. a site. preferably free where i can get email results including their social networking if they have one by using their name,city,state,zip.. any ideas?

So, your friend wants to spam speeders.

Beware that your friend will likely have their IP address blacklisted as a spammer and will be unable to send any email.
