There aren’t any free ways. The only way to do it is to use a paid service. I found a site that provides accurate information. The site charges a small fee though.

I am trying to look up a number, which is a cell #, and it keeps saying I have to pay for a subscription. I rarely use this service and cannot justify a subscription for $15. I don’t know why people insist on sending questioners to directory services…there IS NOT CELL PHONE DIRECTORY, PEOPLE!
And the subscription services are all cons. You need to order a direct reverse lookup from a web vendor and you’re going to pay more than $15 for it. The cheapest I’ve found is $45 from http://cellulartrace.com

They usually return the info you need the same day.

I know it takes a membership or one time fee to look up a cell number. I was hoping someone with an unlimited look up membership would do me a favor a look up a cell number for me since I have never needed this service and have little money right now since I am only delivering pizzas right now until I start my new job. hello there…you can find any land line number by putting the number in
google. But if you have to do lookup for a mobile no. or if you are not
getting results you have to pay a little to get correct information.
